I have known Mr. Boebinger for over 8 years at Ford Motor Company under the capacity as a Product Development Process Subject Matter Expert and most recently as a Product Development Process Developer under my lead as Process Development Supervisor. Over these years I have found Mr. Boebinger to be an utmost professional and leader in his field of Project Management.

At all times I have found Mr. Boebinger to be dependable, reliable, hard-working, conscientious, and respectful of others. He was always willing to assist people by providing his expertise to help solve problem, educate and provide leadership for projects.

While at Ford Motor Company, Mr. Boebinger has been the Powertrain Product Development Process lead for over 10 years. While leading this effort, he has been the lead instructor for Ford Powertrain, training Engineers the Ford Product Development Process. He has also taught Powertrain PMA’s (Program Management Analyst) in the proper execution of program management tools and methods. He also helped in training PMA’s in order for them to achieve industry certification.

From personal discussion, I also know that Mr. Boebinger has been an instructor for leading automobile OEM’s (internationally), University of Phoenix and Cleary University. He has vast experience not only in teaching but also developing courses and materials for these companies and schools.
